I know that I have a lot of reasons to thank Amanda.

Thank you for being Amanda. Thank you for introducing me to one of the most endearing characters I have ever been fortunate to be a part of, Freddie the Fire Truck. Without you, Freddie would never have seen the light of day, let alone been a part of my life. I remember the few times we spoke over the phone, I remember thinking that you must be a beautiful person to want to do such a wonderful thing. I remeber reading your words the first time and thinking "what a natural writer for this type of material" Thought we have never met in person, I have such a clear mental image of you it's scary. Your words, your syntax, describe a person with a deep well of caring, and a love of humanity. You must be beautiful. Your words shine such a beautiful light. My life would have been much shallower without you and Freddie. Thank you for being Amanda.
